Getting support
Real support happens in one place: inside the app, in a private conversation you start.
Starting a conversation
- Open forkedfelines.art/support, or the Support entry in My Booth.
- Describe the situation. If it concerns an order, attach the order so the team can read its exact server-side state.
- Reply and follow the whole conversation from the same place, on any device.
There is no email queue to lose your message and no ticket number to mislay: the conversation lives in the app.
What support can and cannot do
| Can | Cannot |
|---|---|
| Read your order's true state and payment evidence | Move a delivered inscription |
| Explain exactly what happened on chain and what happens next | Change posted prices or make exceptions to the pricing contract |
| Queue a refund a policy entitles you to, paid to the original payment address | Send funds anywhere other than the original payment address |
| Fix stuck operational states on the house's side | Recover a compromised wallet or reverse Bitcoin |
Refund requests
Open Support, select Refund, and attach the order. The team reviews its payment and processing state against the policies in Remediation and refunds. All refunds go only to the original payment address.
Security reminders
- Support will never DM you first, on any platform. You come to the desk; the desk never comes to you.
- Support will never ask for your seed phrase, a signature on an unexplained message, or a payment to a new address.
- If someone claiming to be support does any of that, they are not support: see What we will never ask.
Documentation issues
Wrong, unclear, or stale documentation is a bug too. Open an issue on this repository using the issue forms; they route it to the right place. Product problems still belong in the in-app support desk, where the team can see your order.
