Order status
After you pay, the kitchen ticket tracks your order through real, verified states. This page explains how to read it and what each stage means. The exact state machine is in Order states.
How tracking works
The ticket reads state from the server, which reads it from Bitcoin. Nothing on the ticket is animated, estimated, or invented: a state advances only when the chain, or the kitchen, actually advanced. That is why the ticket sometimes sits still. Stillness means Bitcoin is doing what Bitcoin does, not that something is lost.
When the ticket shows a mainnet transaction id, its link opens the public Ordinals explorer at https://ordinals.com/tx/<txid>. The house never links you to a raw IP address or an internal host; if a link claiming to be ours does, it is not ours.
Batch orders and payment evidence
An order can contain several Felines paid for by one transaction. Each Feline has its own edition, traits, fulfillment state, and inscription evidence. Read the item card as well as the parent order: a parent status never proves that every item has been delivered. A shared payment transaction does not mean the Felines share artwork or traits.
Payment confirmation and inscription delivery are separate facts. A payment can be confirmed while an item is still in the kitchen or held for review. Payment confirmed at last check and Unconfirmed at last check report historical evidence with the actual observation time, not a new chain check. Confirmation is unavailable when trustworthy evidence is missing. None of these readings, or a held item, is a request to pay again.

Recovery first verifies the cause and existing transactions. Eligible causes can resume automatically. When the original payment was already consumed by earlier processing, recovery requires an operator wallet through the guarded staff funding process. It is not another purchase: no new buyer payment or public recovery action is required. An unrevealed portrait stays sealed until that Feline's inscription is confirmed.
Resuming after closing your browser
Order state lives on the server, keyed to your recipient address. Open My Booth, enter the recipient address, and your active orders and their live states are there. Days later, from another device, same answer.
